A fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine, an oven, and a stovetop. Master bedroom with queen size bed and secondary bedroom with a double and single bed. Each room has closets.
- Low Season Rate All Year: $190 per night. A Minimum of Two Nights.
- New Year and Holy week: $240 Per Night, Minimum 4 Nights.
Booking Instructions:
First, send an advance payment of 50% of the total rent amount, with documentary proof of payment, to the owner’s bank account. Then, once that advance payment has been confirmed as received in the owner’s bank account, we will send you a contract. We may need from you: your full name; passport country and Doc ID number; and e-mail address. We will also require, your visitors into the Lapa Living complex, full names, passport details, and license plate info.
