• Low Season Rate All Year. $250 (1 – 2 people) – $300 (3 – 4 people) – $350 (5 – 6 people) Minimum 2 Nights.
• Easter and New Year Rate: $400 Per Night, Minimum 4 Nights.

Booking Instructions:
First, send an advance payment of 50% of the total rent amount, with documentary proof of payment, to the owner’s bank account.

Then, once that advance payment has been confirmed as received in the owner’s bank account, we will send you a contract. We may need from you: your full name; passport country and Doc ID number; and e-mail address. We will also require, your visitors into the Punta Leona complex, full names, passport details, and license plate info.
Check-in 11:00 am check-out 2:00 pm. Late check-out 6:00 pm additional cost $50. If the contract for your unit is arranged on the same day of your check-in, the following is applicable: Check-in 3:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am.

Important: Entry into
Punta Leona is by invitation only. All guests must make a one-time payment of $10 per person (which covers the duration of your stay). Kids under 10 years are free. There is an additional one-time fee of $20 for your car. These fees give you access to beach and club facilities.

Note: For Playa Blanca, you must leave your car in the facility’s pool area parking lot. Take a free bus to the beach that leaves every 15 minutes.

Holiday Restrictions:
For New Year’s Eve, Punta Leona allows guests access to their rented units, but not into club facilities. For Altos de Leona Mar, enter through the main entrance of Punta Leona, and use Playa Blanca. However, the use of club facilities is not permitted.

There are two entrances into the Punta Leona complex: the main entrance is for members and individuals with bracelets.

The second entrance is from the main highway, 400m closer to (in the direction of) Jacó. Renters who are not issued bracelets must use this second entrance. This will give you access to Playa Mantas and Playa Blanca. Without a bracelet, access to the club’s facilities is not permitted.

Please note access to club facilities is restricted during New Year’s, Easter, and Mid-Year Holiday periods (usually a total of 2-3 weeks before and after the holiday).

NOTE: Fees for bracelets change for these holidays. The cost of a bracelet is $20 for a 2-night weekend. For 3 or more nights, It is more, as determined by Punta Leona administration.

Regulations:
The houses we rent follow the rules of Punta Leona. At 10:00 pm music must be turned down and at 12:00 midnight, it must be turned off. Our units are for rest, not for partying. Smoking is not allowed inside our units. A security deposit equivalent to the cost of one night is charged. It is received in cash in dollars or its equivalent in colons on the day of entry and returned, if there is no problem, on the day of departure.

With regard to excessive noise, attention is drawn once. The second call of attention results in summary dismissal from the unit. Our guests are not allowed to invite escorts of any kind. Breaking this rule results in summary dismissal.
